| Public issue of 23,04,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sangam Advisors Limited ("SAL" or The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at price of Rs22/- per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs5.07 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 3,42,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each will be reserved for subscription by Market Makers to the issue (The "Market Makers Reservation Portion").
