Non-banking financial services company Manappuram Finance spurted 10.37% to Rs 27.15. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. The company announced during trading hours today, 25 June 2012, that ratings firm ICRA has removed the company from the rating watch with developing implications. ICRA's outlook on the long term rating is stable. Television broadcaster Sun TV Network jumped 4.21% to Rs 292.25 on report the company has proposed to spend Rs 180-200 crore as capital expenditure for the current financial year, which will mostly be spent on programming operations and upgrading equipment. Besides, the company has lined up Rs 250-260 crore to acquire movies for distribution. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group. Infrastructure company Jaypee Infratech climbed 3.98% to Rs 50.95. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group. Pharmaceutical company Wockhardt rose 3.61% to Rs 900.20. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock hit a record high of Rs 906.45 in intraday today, 25 June 2012. Financial holding firm L&T Finance Holdings rose 3.21% to Rs 43.40.
